Parent / Child Activities

We have a wealth of group activity opportunities for parents and children at our site:

Drop-in Playtime (birth-age 5) (ongoing)

Our Playroom is a perfect environment for your child to meet and play with other children--and for you to meet other parents. The Playroom is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 - 11:30 am, for Drop-in Playtime.

Structured Playgroups

In addition to Drop-in Playtime, we offer other structured play activity groups for children up to age 5 with their parents. Coming back again this summer (July 8 - 29): Camp Fun at Parents Place, four fun sessions that include cooking, singing, dancing, arts and crafts, and more for your 2- to 5-year-old and you!

Please choose your workshop carefully, since Parents Place is unable to issue refunds if you cancel your participation in a workshop. If you are unable to attend a workshop and you provide at least one week's advance notice to us, we will apply your payment to another workshop. If you cancel less than a week before a class, you will forfeit your payment. If JFCS Parents Place cancels a group or workshop, you are entitled to a full refund or credit for a future workshop.
